"Inside the Leader's Office" was created in 2001 by Maurice Hitchcock, Ed. D. as a new approach to teach educational leadership skills. Successful medical educational leaders are interviewed in front of our fellowship class. Clips from these interviews are presented here to extend the lessons of leadership to others. We hope to create a growing database for research of leadership issues using the stories of successful leaders.
